Giuseppe Cremonini olive oil is produced by pressing whole olives. A healthier alternative to common vegetable oils perfect for cooking, whether for frying or as a salad dressing. The highest grade is Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) which is the first press. Virgin Olive Oil also comes from the first pressing but has a lower acidity level, milder taste and intensity than EVOO. Pure or Refined Olive Oil have food grade safe additives added to them from the olive pulp that remains after the first pressing. Through the refining process, Pomace Olive Oil is made from the byproducts of EVOO production.
